We are seeking an experienced Level 3 IT Support Engineer to join our client's team in Dublin. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, supporting a diverse technology stack, and mentoring junior engineers. Responsibilities:
* Provide Level 3 support for complex technical issues across various platforms.
* Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues involving servers, networking, and end-user devices.
* Manage and support Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows Server environments.
* Collaborate with the IT team to implement and improve support processes.
* Document solutions and share knowledge with the wider IT team.
* Mentor and guide Level 1 and Level 2 support engineers.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in IT support roles, with at least 2 years in a Level 3 support capacity.
* Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
* Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, HyperV).
* Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or ITIL.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
