We are collaborating with a prominent commercial vehicle provider in Northern Ireland to find a talented Service Advisor who will enhance their customer service team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact between customers and the company, delivering excellent service.
* Manage service schedules and send timely reminders to customers.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and vehicle records.
* Coordinate efficient PSV appointments.
* Generate and distribute job cards, track vehicle progress, and assist with invoicing.
* Handle outbound sales and customer service calls to build strong relationships.
* Create and promote maintenance contracts to clients.
* Work closely with the Workshop Supervisor to ensure smooth task planning and profitability.
* Notify clients of additional services and provide detailed quotes for approval.
* Explain completed work to clients and arrange vehicle collection or delivery.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a service role within the motor trade.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Strong time management and organisational skills.
* A valid full UK driving license is required.
