Role Description
The Food and Beverage Manager at BARCOL Hospitality is responsible for overseeing all operations within the operation. This is a full-time on-site role located in Castlemartyr Co Cork. The day-to-day tasks include:
1. Ensuring high-quality food service,
2. Managing stock,
3. Training staff,
4. Providing exceptional customer service,
5. Ensuring highest level of hygiene & HACCP standards at all times.
The Food and Beverage Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless dining experience and meeting revenue targets.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years experience in Food & Beverage management
* Ability to effectively train and mentor staff
* Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field desired but not required
