I am currently assisting a Global FS Company recruiting for a highly skilled Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery and foster collaboration within my client's development teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong history of managing Agile/Scrum teams, with exceptional abilities in communication, planning, and conflict resolution. This role requires hands-on interaction with modern application development teams to ensure seamless and efficient project delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
* Ensure teams adhere to Scrum principles and adopt Agile best practices.
* Collaborate with development teams to remove blockers, manage dependencies, and optimize delivery processes.
* Drive planning, capacity management, and sprint commitments with a results-oriented focus.
* Provide coaching and guidance to build and sustain high-performing teams.
* Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts and enhance team communication within and across teams.
Requirements:
* 7-8+ years of experience leading Agile/Scrum teams.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Expertise in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and capacity management.
* Hands-on experience working directly with development teams on modern applications.
* Proactive, self-driven, and highly skilled in coaching and conflict resolution.
* Experience in managing and reporting project progress.
* Proven capability to manage multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
