Responsibilities
1. Coordinate business consulting projects of moderate scope as a trusted business agility partner, support and add value to client engagements.
2. Analyse business data to pinpoint opportunities for continuous improvement, execute solutions and process enhancement within the broader framework of business operations.
3. Acts as primary liaison, partnering with key stakeholders and teams on deliverables and strategic decisions.
4. Assess the capabilities and constraints of client environments.
5. Convert business goals/objectives into tangible/concrete strategic results.
6. Taking ownership and driving meaningful results.
7. Prioritise workload and manage time effectively in a fast paced & target driven environment.
Qualifications
8. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
9. Achieved a formal certification in agile methodologies (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Kanban, Lean Six Sigma) by an accrediting body.
Essential skills
10. Initiative-taker/proactive and capable of managing tasks autonomously and working effectively with minimal supervision.
11. Comfortable working autonomously while still contributing to team goals.
12. Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively work cross-functionally with both business and technical stakeholders, including clients in a collaborative way.
13. Creative and resourceful to overcome unexpected roadblocks.
14. Grasp of the fundamentals of Agile development principles and SDLC.
15. Grasp of the business consulting life cycle
Experience
16. Experience in applications/technology, leveraging specialised agile domain knowledge within your own area of expertise.
17. Practical experience with all stages of the software development life cycle (concept to launch), tools and frameworks required to deliver.
18. Knowledge of new and emerging technologies based on own area of expertise such as (Scrum Master/Product Owner/Delivery Lead/RTE.
19. Experience in designing/creating various types of collateral materials such as presentations, case studies
20. Experience in managing the change control process.
21. Ability to manage own expenses and ensure adherence of others to the expense policy.
