My client in the Healthcare/Public Sector is looking to recruit a Grade III Clerical Officer to work in their facility in Co. Longford.
This is an initial 3 month contract.
Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
1. Maintain/register/update of new patient referrals.
2. Update documentation re patient discharges, deaths/RIP register.
3. Phone/email queries.
4. Liaising with various internal/external vendors.
5. Manage the portal re applications.
6. Monitor weekly patient lists.
7. Filing/archiving.
8. Admin/clerical support to the service as requested by management.
What are we looking for?
1. Previous HSE experience preferable.
2. Previous clerical/administration experience - essential.
3. Strong typing skills.
4. Proficient in IT skills/MS Office packages.
5. Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
6. Ability to work in fast-paced demanding environment.
7. Attention to detail imperative.
8. Fluency in English written/oral skills.
