Assistant Company Secretary
Support a global leading and dual listed PLC in their corporate governance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities:
* Provide company secretarial and corporate governance support to parent entity and subsidiaries.
* Prepare and file statutory and regulatory filings in various jurisdictions.
* Coordinate and attend subsidiary meetings, ensuring efficient preparation of board papers and minutes.
* Maintain statutory records and registers for the company and subsidiaries.
* Support the Company Secretary on governance matters, including board appointments and evaluations.
* Assist with the Annual General Meeting process for the parent company.
* Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as advisers, law firms, auditors, and regulators.
* Contribute to project work focused on process efficiency and departmental procedures.
* Provide general administration support as needed.
Requirements:
* ICS A/CGI Qualified.
* Minimum of 4 years' company secretarial experience.
* Strong technical knowledge.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong knowledge of company secretarial packages and board portals.
