We are currently recruiting for the role of Personal Assistant (Urgent Start) on behalf of a Not For Profit.
Position: Personal Assistant (Urgent Start)
Contract: 10 Month FTC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid role with travel between Dublin City Centre and Dublin West required - 3 days on site, 2 WFH.
Responsibilities:
* Diary, meeting, and travel management for the Director.
* Minute taking and general administration.
* Inbox support and query handling.
* Liaising with international team members and acting as a gatekeeper where necessary.
* Liaising with office provider and acting as key POC for employees.
* Assist with onboarding and tech liaising where necessary.
* Event management.
* Ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
* Previous experience within a similar position, supporting senior personnel, preferably within the Financial Services sector.
* Proven travel, diary, and meeting minutes experience, with any office support preferable.
* Keen communication and organisation skills.
