Join Comfort Keepers as an HR Administrator!
We're looking for a motivated HR Administrator to join our dynamic Head Office team in Santry Co. Dublin. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in supporting our HR team and contributing to the success of both our carers and office teams.

As a HR Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our HR operations, ensuring the smooth administration and coordination of key processes while working closely with our team to deliver exceptional support to our organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
1. HR Administration: Prepare and manage employee documentation, maintain personnel records, and handle HR inboxes and phone inquiries.
2. Garda Vetting: Oversee and administer Garda Vetting for potential and current employees.
3. Data Management: Conduct monthly audits on working time regulations, eligibility to work, and Garda Vetting.
4. Reporting & Presentations: Prepare Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations for the HR team.
5. Employee Engagement: Support staff welfare initiatives and provide general administrative assistance to the HR and office teams.
6. Compliance & Projects: Assist with audits, compliance, HR policies, and exciting HR projects.
7. Additional Responsibilities: Minute-taking, managing the company fleet, processing reference letters, and assisting with reception cover when needed.

Business Competencies:
1. A relevant HR or administration background, with at least 1 year of experience.
2. HR qualifications or currently working towards them (desirable).
3. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail.
4. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and HR systems.
5. Excellent communication and minute-taking abilities.
6. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
