We are currently recruiting for the role of Reward Specialist on behalf of a large and growing Pharmaceutical organisation.
Dublin South based - Hybrid role (3 days on site - parking available).

Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the design and implementation of the Total Reward strategy, policies, programmes and processes.
* Administer the Annual Reward Review process.
* Develop, maintain and execute the Reward Annual Plan and Calendar.
* Coach and support HRBPs and Line Managers to enhance their understanding.
* Continuously review and enhance relevant policy and process documentation.
* Perform assigned reward benchmarking activities.
* Manage the benefit enrolment process and Payroll processing accuracy.
* Identify emerging needs of the business, provide insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
* 3+ years experience in a rewards dedicated role, within the HR remit, preferably in a large organisation.
* Good understanding of job evaluation, reward survey management, vendor management and benefit administration.
* HR qualification or the equivalent.
* Keen communication and analytic mindset.
