Job Title: Construction Solution Sales
We are seeking an outstanding salesperson to take on this challenging role, focusing on the construction industry.
This position involves managing existing accounts and some new business opportunities.
About the Role
* Manage a portfolio of accounts, identifying key trends, opportunities, and risks.
* Deliver CPD presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate with external partners, customers, and internal product development teams to create new products that meet customer requirements.
* Generate new business using knowledge and networking skills.
* Successfully partner with other sector managers within the commercial team and across the business.
* Provide market information feedback to the Marketing and Product Development departments.
* Offer sector knowledge and training to customers and internal organisation.
* Win product specification opportunities in the sector.
* Provide training on products and solutions as required to contractors, consultants, and others.
About You
* 3-5 years experience in field sales or B2B sales.
* Experience in growing existing accounts and generating new business.
* Great negotiator and presenter, with construction, civils, or manufacturing experience essential.
* CPD presentation experience and specification sales experience preferred.
