We are seeking a part-qualified Accountant to join our clients' established practice in Tralee, County Kerry. Working with an extensive client base, you will engage with clients of varying sizes and contribute to tax returns, yearly statements, and financial planning. This is a full-time position based in Tralee, County Kerry.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and tax returns for clients across diverse industries.
* Conduct audits, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
* Manage bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
* Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
* Collaborate with senior accountants and partners to deliver comprehensive client services.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and industry regulations.
* Participate in continuous professional development to progress towards full qualification.
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
* In-progress qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) in accounting or auditing.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
* Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications.
Offered:
A competitive salary range €30,000 - €40,000 based on experience, along with Full Membership and Study Package, and Regular Social Activities.
