In your new role you will gain insights and a detailed understanding of target segments, maintain an associated pipeline, develop a bespoke sales approach to create awareness of the company brand and product offering. Engage with relevant sector networks to develop relationships with key decision makers within target sectors. Through inbound leads, you will identify existing client accounts to cross-sell, working closely with relevant internal stakeholders to assess engagement suitability. You will proactively build relationships with clients and consolidate those relationships through regularly meeting them face to face.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be passionate about closing sales to generate and maximise revenue, whilst at the same time providing a high-quality, positive experience to prospective clients. You will have strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. You will thrive at the satisfaction of not only achieving, but also exceeding your targets. Please note that commercial insurance experience is essential, alongside with APA qualifications (minimum).
