Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Salary: Negotiable pending experience + free parking, pension, life assurance, discounted healthcare, and attractive bonus.
Location: Dublin City South (30 minutes from City Centre)
Contract: Full-time permanent, 37.5 hrs per week
Work Model: Monday - Friday, normal working hours.
One of our global service clients is currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a customer service representative with a large global company. The successful candidate will provide an excellent customer experience to all customers and clients by managing inbound and outbound queries.
Responsibilities:
1. Answer inbound customer queries and be the first point of contact.
2. Achieve agreed performance levels including any call management measures.
3. Ensure all customer queries are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner.
4. Carry out general administration duties daily.
5. Develop relationships and build rapport with our customers and business partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Strong customer service and administration skills.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. IT proficient.
5. Must be a self-motivated individual with an eagerness to learn and develop.
6. Flexibility.
7. Strong attention to detail.
