About the Role
As an Occupational Health Nurse at Abbott, you will play a crucial role in helping people live more fully at all stages of their lives. Main Responsibilities:
* Provide on-site occupational health services, efficient first aid, and emergency treatment to employees.
* Complete gap assessments of our EHS management system and workplace environment to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Abbott standards.
* Maintain all EHS procedures and programs to align with Abbott standards, GOHS requirements, and HSA guidance.
* Collaborate with functional support teams to provide advice and consultation on OH management system elements.
* Lead initiatives related to internal business excellence programs, including internal assessments, CI, and 5s.
* Monitor EHS KPIs and provide support to continually improve performance areas.
Requirements:
* Minimum Level 7 in a relevant discipline and 2+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
* Working knowledge and application of business concepts, procedures, and practices.
