This position will suit ambitious individuals from a high volume restaurant operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of the business whilst also leading a team in a busy food & beverage operation.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Minimum 5 years experience in a management position in a similar environment is essential.
2. A third level education in Hospitality Management is required.
3. Experience in running a busy food/beverage environment.
4. Develop staff to maximize potential.
5. Good knowledge of stock control & payroll costs.
6. Team leader to be present in the Front of House to push the business forward.
7. Strong organisational skills, time management & a high degree of flexibility.
8. Knowledge of alcohol & service laws, with confidence to enforce them.
