Job Responsibilities:
Reporting into the General Manager, you will lead and oversee the HR department to drive the people strategy and foster a positive work environment. Your duties will include:
* Managing all recruitment activities, including devising job descriptions, posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews and issuing job offers.
* Leading on and advising managers on all employee relations cases, including disciplinaries and grievances.
* Organising and scheduling mandatory training for all new and existing employees, such as health and safety and food allergen training.
* Liaising with the payroll department to complete payroll administration, including notifying of new starters, leavers and employees going on paternity leave.
* Utilising the company HR System to update and revise employee records, download performance documentation and log absence.
* Leading on performance management activities, including conducting performance reviews and tracking performance of employees.
* Driving employee engagement, including conducting employee feedback surveys and organising wellbeing events.
Requirements:
To be successful as a Senior HR Generalist, you will require:
* A minimum of 3-5 years Human Resources experience.
* Experience in recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management.
* Skills in liaising with payroll and devising HR Strategy.
* Proficiency in using HR Systems.
* An obtained degree in HRM and HR Qualification.
