A German speaking IT Support Analyst is urgently sought by this global technology developer. The IT Support Analyst will be providing first level technical support in German and English for colleagues and customers based worldwide. Working closely with the global IT Teams, the IT Support Analyst will work to diagnose and resolve tier 1 technical issues, escalating to tier 2 /3 for prompt resolution with minimal disruption.
After completing your technical education, you will have gained a minimum of 12 months help-desk support experience gained in a computer hardware, software and networks environment. Your knowledge and skills should include exposure to Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive etc), troubleshooting Windows, Linux, Mac or Unix operating systems and solving networking issues (TCP/IP, common protocols, network/VPN).
You must speak and write German and English fluently and be authorised to work in Ireland.
