Senior Analyst/Program Manager, Digital Marketing Acquisition and Activation Platforms
We are excited to invite applications for the position of Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing Acquisition & Activation Platforms within our Global IT EMEA Team. Operating within the world’s leading Oral Care Company, we are leveraging some of the leading cloud based marketing technology to digitally connect. You will be responsible for implementing, managing and supporting the technology solutions and strategy which power our CCX (Consumer Connected Experience), Media Activation, Personalization, and Loyalty digital programs for our EMEA business partners. The ideal candidate is very customer focused and can work well both independently and within a team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Implementing and supporting leading cloud-based marketing technology to optimize and expand our digital programs, leading to more personalized engagement with our professionals, customers and consumers in the EMEA region
2. Managing the ongoing run/operate of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud to enable EMEA regions to meet their acquisition and activation targets
3. Leading functional requirements gathering, solution design, process improvement, testing, and implementation of marketing technologies across various projects
4. Leading testing, including user acceptance testing, solution adoption, and solution acceptance
5. Closely partnering with EMEA Business teams, marketing agency vendor teams and with Internal Global Information Technology teams to ensure that the EMEA marketing solutions are aligned with global strategy
6. Building relationships with technology partners (including Salesforce) in the region to understand roadmaps, releases and platform updates, and communicate this to the business teams
7. Co-authoring and enabling governance practices for the utilization of marketing technologies, with the goal of ensuring data quality and alignment to best practices
8. The ideal candidate is very customer focused and can work well both independently and within a team, with demonstrated ability to document knowledge and share best practices
9. Candidate should be a self-starter- eager to learn and leverage new technologies to build the best digital experience for our customers
Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
2. 5+ years professional experience working in Information Technology or Digital Marketing
3. 5+ years experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud
4. Experience leading large full-lifecycle implementations and/or implementing integrated solutions including marketing solutions that are cloud based
5. Experience working with large scale data systems and transactional customer data records
6. Understanding of data management and data governance practices including data stewards, data custodians, data lineage, data quality, data cleansing, metadata management, etc.
7. Understanding of governmental privacy regulations on the collection and use of customer data (such a GDPR and CCPA) and how this impacts customer data management.
8. Ability to apply agile methodology and sprint development to manage project implementations and backlogs
9. Ability to collaborate using the Google Suite of tools
10. Familiarity with the Atlassian suite of tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello)
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as customer relationship building skills
12. Ability to adapt to and work effectively with a variety of engagements and in challenging situations
13. Strong organization and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
1. 2+ years experience with Snowflake
2. Experience leveraging and implementing additional marketing technology including SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya)
3. Digital Media and Analytics Experience including Google Marketing Platform, Google Analytics, and Meta
4. Strong analytical skills; proficient in analyzing and interpreting data from third-party platforms and adapt to custom internal tools.
5. Exposure to SAFe framework in previous implementations / projects
