Working with our Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will partner closely with our hiring managers and the wider HR team to focus on attracting and sourcing the very best talent for our business.
You will need to be highly resilient with excellent communications skills and have experience in managing large volume recruitment campaigns.
The ability to manage multiple priorities will be a vitally important in this role.
We consistently drive a high level of service to the business by operating at a fast pace and delivering the required talent for both business as usual and project activity.A background in either agency recruitment or in-house are both welcome.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking with the Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will focus on attracting and sourcing high quality diverse candidates across multiple business functions including Customer Services (some with European language requirement)Centred on direct sourcing, you will partner with stakeholders/hiring managers and work with them to implement targeted TA strategies for their business functions, utilising a proactive sourcing approachThrough the use of direct hiring tools and strategies, you will raise the profile of our employer brandEnsure a first class candidate experience is provided to all applicants through every stage of our recruitment processBuild and foster solid working relationships both internally and externallyWhat We're Looking ForEssential2-3 years in-house or agency recruitment experience ideally recruiting across Customer Service or broader financial services rolesExperience recruiting for multilingual positions would be an advantageA proven track record of delivering within a fast paced, customer focused environmentExperience in the use of social media direct sourcing techniques; specifically LinkedIn RecruiterUse of applicant tracking systemsAbility to work to deadlines and prioritise workload with excellent attention to detail and follow-upExcellent stakeholder management skillsDesirablePrevious experience recruiting in Financial ServicesWe want to hire the whole version of you.We are committed to ensuring that everyone feels accepted and safe at work, and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
