We are now recruiting for a Pastry Chef to be part of our professional team. The restaurant is closed on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, operating 4 days a week.
Main Responsibilities Of The Role Include
* Assisting the head chef and Sous Chef in maintaining high levels of quality, service, presentation, and cleanliness.
* Ensuring the highest quality standards in the pastry section.
* Cooking with the best Irish ingredients.
The Ideal Candidate Will Be
* HACCP trained.
* Have a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
* Passionate about creating great food.
* Meticulous about attention to detail regarding food service (quality, portion size, presentation, and consistency).
* Highly motivated and flexible.
* Proactive in important areas such as health and safety and food hygiene.
