Key Responsibilities
The Maximo Administrator would be responsible for:
* Creating, modifying, and managing user accounts and permissions to ensure appropriate system access.
* Setting up user roles and access levels in line with organizational policies and security requirements.
* Monitoring user activity to ensure compliance with security protocols.
* Providing Level 0 support for all users, assisting with application-related queries in support of site business processes.
* Ensuring compliance with site procedures, reporting any deviations, and updating procedures as needed.
* Overseeing the timely execution of all scheduled reports.
* Maintaining the integrity of system data by monitoring content and ensuring adherence to site practices and procedures.
* Acting as the primary point of contact for logging user issues and managing change requests.
* Providing technical support to users and troubleshooting Maximo system issues.
* Serving as the first point of contact for escalated issues from end-users or support teams.
* Coordinating with external vendors or the Maximo support team for complex issues.
* Installing and testing approved system modifications (Level 1 service providers may handle this task). System design tasks, such as SAP integration or creating new applications, workflows, or functionalities, are excluded, and should be treated as chargeable work.
* Designing and configuring approved new reports and assisting users with ad-hoc queries in collaboration with service provider and the designated change management team member.
* Managing system documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and configuration details.
* Providing one-on-one training to end-users on Maximo functionality and best practices.
* Ensuring staff are informed of new features or updates in the system.
Working Conditions
Our Hybrid working model involves travel to United Kingdom sites, enabling us to work with people from diverse cultures and network across industry.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Technical Skills: Knowledge of Maximo architecture, database management, and system integration.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot system issues and perform root-cause analysis.
* Security Awareness: Understanding of security protocols and data protection measures.
* Project Management: Experience in managing system upgrades, migrations, or new implementations.
* Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate with other teams and provide user support.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with:
* Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* A bachelor's or associate degree (business, computer science, information technology, or a related field) or equivalent combination of education and comparable work experience.
