Regulatory Compliance Assurance Testing Analyst
This is a hybrid role, based in our Swords office. We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Assurance Testing Analyst to join our GVSPE team and ensure that our organization is in compliance with all regulations, laws, and policies.
Responsibilities:
* Proven experience with law and regulations in the financial industry.
* Prepare output reports detailing observations, findings, and recommendations for review by Senior Manager.
* Issuance of final reports to relevant first line functions and ensure findings are remediated where needed and brought to resolution.
* Present findings and recommendations to the Director of Compliance.
* Assist the Senior Manager in review and updating of compliance policies and procedures.
* Assist in the delivery of compliance training program.
* Apply analytical skills to review information and determine potential weaknesses or exceptions to policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience related to regulatory compliance testing/monitoring.
* Knowledge of EU regulations and key regulatory developments would be an advantage.
* Highly motivated individual who has a proven record of using initiative to resolve problems.
* Analytical ability to identify and understand problems as well as to provide effective solutions.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Attention to detail.
* A minimum of 1 year related compliance experience.
* LCOI or other certifications are a plus.
* Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills essential.
* A team player and effective communicator to ensure that issues are appropriately resolved.
* Ability to deal effectively with multiple competing deadlines.
* Positive, innovative attitude and the ability to take on new assignments and projects with an open mind.
