We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality business in Co. Wexford.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage overall day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient processes across departments
* Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence and deliver high-quality guest experiences
* Monitor and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices
* Collaborate with senior management to implement business strategies and achieve financial targets
* Oversee health & safety and regulatory compliance
* Manage budgets, inventory control, and cost management
* Conduct performance reviews, training, and development of team members
* Resolve escalated customer issues effectively
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality, leisure, or a service-focused industry
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
* Ability to drive operational improvements and deliver results
* Strong focus on customer service and quality standards
* Flexibility to work across different departments and varied shifts, including weekends
