The Job
You are passionate about customer service and keen to continue your career with the largest UK Health and Wellness Retailer as an Assistant Retail Manager.
You will support the day-to-day management of the store and become a brand ambassador for Holland & Barrett.
Key responsibilities include:
* Partnering with the Store Manager to build a high-performing team by recruiting, coaching, training, and setting clear expectations.
* Acting as a role model for world-class customer service and driving financial performance with sales targets.
* Maintaining stock accuracy, setting up store promotional plans, and ensuring full compliance with health and safety.
* Embarking on a training program that includes 'Qualified to Advise' and 'Healthy Expert' qualifications, accredited by our awarding body to Level 2 and Level 3.
The Person
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Previous retail experience.
* Excellent communication and people management skills.
* The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced retail environment.
* The ability to understand and analyze sales figures daily to enable the store to trade within company parameters and goals.
* Possession and enthusiasm for our products.
* The ability to complete regular computer-based training to ensure exceptional product knowledge.
* The ability to be agile and flexible to multi-task and achieve the best results.
