Westmeath. Wholesome Kitchen is a healthy food company (restaurant & catering) where we make healthy food delicious and fast #GuiltFreeGoodness. Sugar Plum Sweetery is a sweet & chocolate company consisting of a Sweet Shop located next to Wholesome Kitchen and an online business delivering all across Ireland #MemoriesMadeSweet. We make all of our own chocolate products on site. Both businesses are interlinked with our main office adjoining both premises. We’re big on culture and finding the right person to join our team is very important. If you’d like to join our team, send us a copy of your CV today : -) Main Duties / Responsibilities General Administrative Tasks – emails, customer/supplier queries, payment processing, invoice management etc HR Administration (recruitment, contracts, induction, training sign off, health & safety, payroll processing) Customer Leads & Sales – following up customer queries, account management, driving sales Reporting & Cost Management – working with suppliers/team to reduce costs, supporting with costing produce etc Ordering & Stock Management – working with our kitchen/restaurant/shop teams with ordering and ensuring adequate levels of stock, packaging, equipment Project management – mini projects related to the development of new products, services, planning promotions & other revenue streams, reducing costs, sourcing products/packaging etc Order Fullfillment – supporting our web delivery business with organising of orders, labels, packaging etc Flexible role with other ad-hoc business supporting tasks as required Knowledge / Skills Required: Excellent communication and organisation skills required, productive & excellent at managing own time and deadlines Excellent attention to detail Excellent at working on own initiative Positive attitude, very friendly, outgoing and professional manner – customer/team orientated Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Fluent Oral & Written English (Required) Experience working with MS Office (An Advantage) Benefits Fun, friendly & fast paced environment Career progression within a growing business – future supervisor / manager positions also available Discounted Lunches & Products Bike to Work Scheme Experience in a similar role is desirable however not essential.
