We are going through a period of sustained growth and are looking to recruit an ambitious Performance Marketing Executive to help continue that journey. The Performance Marketing Executive will plan and implement all SEM, PPC display and remarketing activities, mainly within Adwords and LinkedIn. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily performance monitoring and optimisation of campaigns on different advertising channels, as well as reporting, data analysis, sales funnel lead generation support and reporting.
Responsibilities
* Plan, implement and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other digital platforms.
* Develop advertising materials with copy and creative that is tailored towards target audiences outlined in our audience segmentation strategy.
* Run daily reporting to monitor performance, analyse results and make recommendations to optimise campaign performance.
* Track and improve ad performance against set KPIs including audience reach, engagement, CTR and Conversion Rates.
* Work closely with Head of Marketing to run Lead Generation reporting for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). Support development and implementation campaign approaches to drive lead generation.
* Conduct A/B testing to analyse data and ensure effectiveness ad copy and creative.
* Monitor budget allocation across performance marketing campaigns to achieve maximum impact of ad spend.
* Stay up to date with advertising and technology industry trends. Recommend new platforms and performance marketing campaign ideas to maintain a competitive edge.
* Monitor setup of goals and conversion tracking tools for paid advertising platforms and Spanish Point Technologies website properties. Implement changes as required to support performance marketing campaign reporting needs.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
* You will have at least 1-2 years of experience in technology related product and services performance marketing (PPC, SEM, digital advertising).
* Hands-on experience with ad platforms including Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
* Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Google Tag Manager and other tracking tools.
* You will have excellent English language presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.
* Previous experience working within a Microsoft partner ecosystem, SaaS, or B2B Marketing.
* Familiarity with SEO, landing page and conversion rate optimisation.
Nice To Have
* Familiarity with website CMS including Contentful, WordPress or similar platforms.
* Familiarity with email marketing including ClickDimensions or similar B2B automation and ecomms platforms.
* Demonstrable experience collaborating with internal cross-functional teams and external partners.
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or Technology.
