Accounts Payable and Payroll Manager Dublin 18 - Hybrid €75'000 A leading PLC Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable and Payroll Manager to oversee its finance operations in Dublin 18.
This is a key role within the organisation, managing a team of up to 10 while acting as project lead for a new AP invoice management system.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounts payable and payroll functions, ensuring timely supplier payments and payroll approvals.
Lead the implementation of a new AP invoice management system, including process review, system integration, and user training.
Manage end-to-end payroll activities, including Revenue reporting and BIK calculations.
Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation and responses.
Drive process improvement initiatives within the department.
Train and onboard new hires, fostering a high-performing team.
It is expected you have a minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting software (SAP experience advantageous).
Proven leadership in managing and motivating a team.
