Purpose of Role:
Tritech Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager due to continuous expansion in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery and stakeholder management of a large-scale laboratory project in South Dublin, valued at €20M.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project costs and budget plans, ensuring effective resource allocation and minimising potential risks.
Lead multiple project teams to ensure contracts are delivered on time and within scope, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Collaborate with key Stakeholders to deliver all aspects of assigned projects, prioritising client satisfaction and expectations.
Manage and assess subcontractors' quality of work, maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement.
Oversee compliance with current Health & Safety legislation, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
Support the project Surveyor in managing contract costs and variations, providing regular reporting to the Construction Director.
Identify and manage programme risks, implementing early intervention strategies to meet deliverables and deadlines.
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting open communication and trust.
* Evaluate and improve planning and scheduling activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Develop and implement project schedules aligned with key milestones, coordinating resources effectively.
* Plan and monitor material procurement schedules to meet project timeline requirements, streamlining operations and reducing delays.
Role Requirement:
* A Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
* At least 10 years' experience in Construction or a similar industry.
* Demonstrable experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
* A track-record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Proficient use of MS Office programmes.
* Demonstrate strong working relationships with stakeholder management.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly motivated, with excellent management and motivational skills.
