We are seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to support our sales team in demonstrating the value of our platform to prospective customers. The role is a key technical and business advisor to clients, bridging the gap between customer needs and our solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical acumen, business analysis skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role is remote; however, the ideal candidate would be located in Ireland or the United Kingdom.
What You'll Do:
* Partner with the sales team to understand customer challenges and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
* Act as a subject matter expert on ProcessUnity’s platform, articulating how our solutions align with customer requirements.
* Gather and analyze customer needs to design tailored solutions and Proofs of Concepts.
* Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to refine offerings based on client feedback.
* Provide responses to RFPs/RFIs and assist in the development of sales collateral.
* Address technical questions and concerns from potential customers, providing expertise on integrations, configurations, and best practices.
Desired Experience & Skills:
* 5+ years of experience in a solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales role.
* Experience in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) space is a plus.
* Experience with APIs, integrations, SQL, or workflow automation is a plus.
* Hands-on experience configuring and demonstrating enterprise software solutions.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* A proactive, customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Salary range: €85,000 - €120,000 depending on experience.
