Job Title: Entry-Level Administrative Assistant
Work Schedule: Hybrid (2-3 days work-from-home)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly accurate and detail-oriented Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to support the Lead Administrator in managing customer files, maintaining databases, and handling documentation for solar installation projects. This role offers significant potential for growth within the company for the right candidate, providing opportunities to expand your skill set in both administrative and basic accounting functions. In addition to core responsibilities, this position involves general office support, which can vary day-to-day.
This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule with 2-3 days of work-from-home per week following training.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Database Management: Accurately update and maintain the customer files and databases, tracking the various stages of solar installation projects.
2. File Management: Create and organise customer files, ensuring everything is correctly labelled, stored, and accessible.
3. Document Preparation: Prepare and populate documents with accurate customer information. Cross-check all details to ensure documents are error-free.
4. Basic Accounting Support: Assist with preparing invoices and updating financial records. Learn the basics of reconciling accounts.
5. General Administrative Support: Provide general office support, including answering phone calls, relaying messages, and other ad-hoc duties.

4. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Experience:
1. Previous administrative experience or internships preferred, but not essential.
