Here at the Morgan McKinley Business Support Desk we have an exciting new Client Services role available within a healthcare insurance company. This company is renowned for its happy clients and staff
what your new role will look like:
1. You will operate in a fast paced working environment as part of a highly motivated and hard-working team taking inbound calls from clients and prospective clients based on their health insurance needs.
2. You will deal with members telephone enquiries, evaluate situations where necessary and respond appropriately
3. Enroll members on the companies database and ensure members details are entered correctly.
4. Ensure computer records reflect up to date communications with clients.
5. Ensure that clients payment methods are accurate and all transactions are recorded accurately.

6. The salary for this role is 26K+

8. You will never have to work earlier than 7AM or later than 7PM
9. Your working week will come to no more than 38 hours per week in total.
