Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Retail (Ireland Munster)
Luceco plc is a leading player in the electrical industry, known for premium brands such as BG, Luceco Lighting, Masterplug, and EV Charging. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on the Retail & Merchant market in Ireland. This role is pivotal in gaining distribution, driving sales, and ensuring the success of our main brands.

Responsibilities:
Brand Representation:
* Act as the primary ambassador for our main brands - BG, Luceco Lighting, Masterplug, and EV Charging - within the Retail & Merchant market in Ireland.
* Communicate brand value propositions and unique selling points to key stakeholders.
Distribution Expansion:
* Develop and execute strategic plans to expand product distribution within the Retail & Merchant Sector.
* Identify and establish relationships with new Retailers to increase market reach.
* Drive sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the assigned brands.
* Implement effective sales strategies, promotions, and incentive programs to stimulate growth.
Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within Retail/Merchant accounts.
* Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Market Analysis:
* Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
* Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to inform strategic decisions.
Product Knowledge:
* Stay updated on the features, specifications, and applications of our main brands.
* Conduct training sessions for retail partners to ensure a thorough understanding of product offerings.
Promotional Campaigns:
* Plan and execute promotional campaigns and events to enhance brand visibility and stimulate sales.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials.
Forecasting and Reporting:
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management regularly.
* Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
* Proven experience in area sales management within the retail/electrical industry.
* Strong understanding of the retail market in Ireland.
* Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to travel as needed within Ireland.
