As a Recruitment Manager, in this newly created position, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating the team culture, driving team performance and growth, and managing day-to-day operations.

This is a hybrid role, with the flexibility to be based in our Dublin or Cork office.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and develop the permanent recruitment team, fostering a high-performance, client-centric culture.
Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and training to recruitment consultants to foster professional development in a learning environment.
Manage the team and individual performance, implementing key performance indicators (KPIs), setting clear targets, conducting regular performance reviews, and supporting consultants in achieving their goals.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and successful delivery of recruitment services.
Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to grow and expand the Permanent Recruitment team in alignment with company goals.
Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive and meet client demands.
Collaborate with senior management on budgeting, resource allocation, and performance metrics for the team.
Recruit and train in new members of the permanent recruitment team.
Your Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Recruitment Manager or Team Lead in a recruitment agency.
5+ years' of experience as a Recruiter in permanent recruitment, preferably with knowledge across multiple sectors.
Proven track record of managing and growing a high-performing team.
Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through strategic client relationship management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team success.
