Job Title:Data Analyst
Location: Dublin South (2 days a week in office) Key Responsibilities:Analyze large datasets from SQL databases to generate insights.Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports using DAX.Write and optimize SQL queries for ETL processes.Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data needs into solutions.Present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.Stay updated with SQL, Power BI, and DAX advancements.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.Technical Skills: 2-3 years of SQL experience (queries, joins, stored procedures).2 years of Power BI experience with advanced DAX.Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and BI tools.Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Customer-facing experience.Ability to work independently and in a team.Experience: 2 years in data analysis and ERP reporting.Implementing KPIs across Sales, Production, Procurement, Planning, and Finance.Experience in Manufacturing and Distribution businesses.Working with large datasets from multiple sources.Desirable Skills:Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google BigQuery).Understanding of business processes in manufacturing & distribution.Competencies:Performance-Driven: Takes initiative, delivers high-quality work on time.Adaptability: Embraces change and innovation.Creativity & Innovation: Proactively suggests improvements.Communication: Effectively engages with stakeholders.Continuous Learning: Open to feedback and professional growth.Candidates must have EU citizenship or Stamp 4 visa to be considered for the role
