Our client, a leading and rapidly growing IT company, is looking for a highly skilled Sales Professional who is fluent in German or French (m/f/d) to join their highly competent team of Sales Development Representatives. * Identify and prioritize high-potential target accounts.
* Develop and execute effective outbound strategies with the sales team.
* Drive personalized outreach via phone, email, and social channels.
* Continuously test and refine messaging for different personas.
* Contribute best practices to support team growth and efficiency.
* Take initiative and deliver with high accountability and energy.
Who You Are:
* You have 1+ years of experience, ideally in sales, business development (In- or Outbound) or customer-facing roles – preferably in marketing, tech, or software (ideally, not a must).
* You’re always looking to improve and grow.
* You enjoy reaching KPI-goals and love going beyond them.
* You’re friendly, motivated, and aware of how you come across to others.
* You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
* You’re detail-oriented, take initiative, and stay professional – even under pressure.
* You communicate clearly, both in writing and speaking.
* You speak and write fluent French or German (C1/C2 Level) and souverain English skills.
