Key Account Manager – Join the KEMMLIT Team!
KEMMLIT-Ireland, a leading provider of Cleanroom furniture and fit-out solutions for the Pharma, Biopharma, and Life Sciences sectors, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients across the construction, planning, architecture, and engineering sectors. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, exceeding sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic account plans to strengthen and expand client relationships.
2. Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new client accounts.
4. Negotiate and close deals that meet both customer and company objectives.
5. Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide insightful reports to management.
6. Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of KEMMLIT’s solutions.
7. Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, production, R&D) to ensure seamless project execution.
9. Represent KEMMLIT at industry events and conferences to expand professional networks.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
2. Proven track record of success in a Key Account Management or Sales role within a competitive environment.
3. Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
