**Job Summary:**
Morgan McKinley are currently seeking a skilled Database Administrator to provide support to the pharmaceutical sector. This is a 3-month temporary opportunity with potential for extension.
This role will be based on-site in Cork City Suburbs, requiring you to possess exceptional database management experience and coordination/multi-tasking skills.
The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment working under strict deadlines.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Maintain databases with meticulous attention to detail.
* Liaise with shipping teams regarding orders.
* Coordinate and file all necessary documentation.
* Manage emails and phone queries effectively.
* Liaise with the Director of Operations, Internal sales team, and supply chain.
* Generate reports as required.
* Provide other administration support as needed.
Requirements:
* Possess high-level organisational and administrative skills.
* Have an organised and methodical approach to work.
* Able to work independently or within a team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and email.
* Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Able to use initiative and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Experience in problem-solving and decision-making.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
