Business Administration Support - Dublin
The role holder will provide business administration, management, and support services to assist in the carrying out of day-to-day functional activities.
Responsibilities include providing support with facilities management, IT support, and HR support for CP staff deployed within the CBCIW Client Organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the PMO Lead in leading the Business Support sub-functional area.
* Assume responsibility for the performance management of CP personnel deployed within the sub-functional area.
* Develop and maintain a detailed resourcing plan for the Business Support sub-functional area.
* Oversee the day-to-day activities of CP personnel deployed within the sub-functional area.
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in business administration.
* Proven track record of carrying out business administration activities in projects of a similar scale and complexity to Bus Connects.
Desirable Skills:
* Providing secretarial support to management within fast-paced and challenging environments.
* Providing administrative support and organisation to senior leaders.
* Delivery of work under time pressure and with conflicting priorities.
* Managing high-performing staff / teams.
* Fully proficient in the use of MS Office applications and other project tools and methodologies.
* Excellent communication.
* Degree Educated.
