We seek a results-driven Account Executive to increase ADvendio's presence and adoption in the EU market. This role offers the chance to impact sales and build meaningful relationships with regional clients. Key Responsibilities:
* Present the ADvendio product to prospects through solution demonstrations tailored to the customer's requirements.
* Be familiar with the features of the system and the benefits that flow to our customer base.
* Be conversant with our customer success stories.
* Describe the landscape of integrations the ADvendio platform supports, including ad servers, DSP's/SSP's, and ERP solutions.
* Manage the RFI/RFP process for your region, collaborating with technical, delivery, and other relevant teams to ensure that ADvendio provides comprehensive responses that meet or exceed customer requirements.
Business Development
* Manage a sales pipeline to generate new regional business that meets or exceeds the annual target.
* Continue to grow the pipeline and prospect opportunities to increase revenues and profitability year on year.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the region, identifying growth opportunities.
* Follow a structured sales process, from qualification, product presentation, price negotiation, to deal closure.
* Maintain accurate records of customer engagement, account plans, and activities within the ADvendio CRM system.
* Manage a portfolio of media accounts, building long-term, consultative relationships with stakeholders and influencers within these media organizations.
* Maneuver sales conversations between IT/Procurement, commercial sales teams, and senior executives, recognizing the different needs, drivers, and desired outcomes of each of these functional roles.
* Prepare and deliver customer-facing presentations and proposals that fully describe the ADvendio value proposition.
* Collaborate with the marketing and business development team members to fulfill campaign-driven activities for your territory.
* Share market insights and customer feedback with internal teams to refine strategies and improve product offerings.
* Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.
* Build a network of long-term partnerships to broaden ADvendio’s reach into the region.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or higher.
* 2-4 years of business development and/or sales experience for SaaS business solutions.
* Proven ability to nurture and close new business.
* Knowledge of digital advertising is a plus.
* Experience in using the Salesforce CRM system is a plus.
* Native or excellent English speaker. German language would be advantageous.
* Great communicator with strong verbal and written English.
* Proactive, a team player, and possess a strong drive and a positive mindset.
* Ability to travel is a must.
