Job Description
As a Business Systems Analyst with our well-known Irish brand, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
This hybrid role is based in Limerick and offers a unique opportunity to work on a portfolio of applications as a functional systems analyst.
Your primary responsibility will be to support and maintain a portfolio of applications at a functional and admin level, ensuring systems are working effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and resolve first-line functional support & process issues on systems.
* Evaluate and address technical incidents or problems through effective liaison with IT teams.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process enhancement through system use.
* Draft business requirements documents to clearly articulate business challenges, needs, and benefits.
* Work with IT to plan and execute release management and change control for system upgrades and product enhancements.
* Participate in testing, sign-off, and deployment of new deliverables.
* Develop documented processes and user guides to ensure efficient work practices.
* Maintain plans for failover and testing of critical systems to ensure resilience and business continuity.
* Provide training on new systems and procedures to wider teams.
Ideal Experience:
* Minimum of two years' experience in supporting business systems, preferably on an ERP.
* Experience working as a system admin/analyst or business systems support role across multiple business systems.
* Business analysis and requirement gathering experience with proven methodologies.
* Experience drafting and publishing process maps and user support documentation.
* Strong communication skills and experience dealing with IT teams.
* Experience developing reports on end-user tools such as Discoverer, PowerBi, or TargIT.
