Key Responsibilities:
* Planning and Execution: Oversee all kitchen and front of house operations on location in Ennis, Co. Clare.
* Attention to Detail: Ensure high-quality products by monitoring presentation, wastage, and portion control.
* Staff Management: Recruit, train, and provide feedback to your team members.
* Inventory and Cost Control: Monitor and manage stock levels, taking a sensible approach to ordering supplies.
* Customer Relations: Interact with customers and colleagues to understand their specific catering needs and preferences.
* Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and food safety protocols/policies.
* Budget and Financial Management: Develop and manage kitchen budgets, reporting on financial performance and implementing cost savings as required.
* Menu Development and Innovation: Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate new ideas into menus.
* Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and food preparation processes.
