Restaurant Manager
A dynamic and customer-focused restaurant in Dundrum is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a hardworking team.
About the Role:
* Oversee the daily running of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
* Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding hospitality.
* Manage bookings, table turnover, and service flow for maximum efficiency.
* Handle customer queries and resolve any issues professionally.
* Oversee stock control, supplier coordination, and menu planning.
* Ensure full compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.
* Work closely with senior management to meet sales targets and drive profitability.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, or Senior Supervisor in a busy hospitality setting.
* Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.
* A passion for excellent customer service and team development.
* Experience in stock control, cost management, and health & safety compliance.
* Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
* A full driving licence is required for this role.
