Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our global team in North Cork. This is a varied role where you will work on a weekly rotation across various clients, carrying out numerous responsibilities for each client.
Responsibilities
* Process creditor invoices and credit notes, and manage accounts payable.
* Manage accounts receivable across numerous clients.
* Prepare financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
* Set up and prepare electronic transfers and payments on our group company banking system.
* Perform various other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirements
* Part Qualified Accountant or Accounting Technician degree or similar qualification.
* The company will cover the cost of any exams or courses you wish to complete.
* Desirable experience in logistics accounting and payroll preparation and review.
* Strong knowledge of fundamental accounting functions.
* Intermediate user of MS Office suite.
* Ability to work with and support a team.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to listen effectively.
