About Your New Employer A Global Healthcare company is looking for a Process Engineer to join their Carlow team on an 11-month contract due to continued growth and expansion.
You will serve as a technical support for new product introduction (NPI) and commercial manufacturing.
About your new job as a Process Engineer Design, author, review, approve, and execute qualification/validation documentation and process development studies in accordance with the standard approval process.Develop, execute, review, and approve change controls.Provide technical input for quality notifications by authoring, reviewing, and approving investigations.Execute equipment qualification and validation programs, including re-qualification and re-validation.Support continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Six Sigma methodologies.Conduct root cause analysis of system failures and suboptimal performance using standard tools and methods to resolve machine and system issues.Act as a technical engineering representative in internal technical discussions and represent Technical Operations Carlow in global technical forums.Ensure compliance with Global Policies, Procedures, Guidelines, and regulatory requirements while adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in daily activities.Maintain compliance through documentation, risk assessments, corrective actions, participation in audits and inspections, and proactive issue resolution.Perform additional duties as assigned.What skills/experience you need as a Process Engineer Bachelor's Degree: Engineering or relevant disciplineIdeally minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing, preferably in a GMP settingWhat's on offer for you as a Process Engineer 11-month contractHourly rate DOEReady to take the next step in your career?
