Job Description:

* Fluency in German and English (both written and verbal)
* 2+ years of experience managing a team of Account Executives in a SaaS environment
* Proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team while driving accountability and delivering results
* Comfortable with data analysis and using insights to inform strategy and measure success
