As a Senior Rewards Manager, you will be a driving force behind developing and executing strategic reward initiatives. This is an opportunity for someone with a consultancy background or experience in a high-paced environment who thrives on problem-solving, thinks quickly, and takes a hands-on approach.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with senior stakeholders, is highly analytical, and is passionate about delivering impactful reward strategies. You will own the full lifecycle of reward programs—managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations—while influencing decisions at the highest level. Managing two direct reports, you will play a key role in shaping the future of rewards within the organisation.
The Position
This position is based in Citywest, offering hybrid and flexible working options, including a four-day workweek.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a forward-thinking reward and benefits strategy that aligns with market trends and business objectives.
* Lead the annual reward cycle, including pay reviews, bonus plans, and market benchmarking, ensuring competitiveness and cost efficiency.
* Collaborate with People Partners and business leaders to enhance the employee value proposition and foster an inclusive culture.
* Support organisational change by aligning reward structures with evolving business needs.
* Engage with senior leadership to influence and shape key reward initiatives.
* Drive continuous improvement by streamlining reward processes and ensuring best practices.
* Provide strategic guidance on executive and operational reward structures.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team to deliver high-impact reward solutions.
The Person
* Extensive experience in reward strategy development, benchmarking, and total reward design.
* Background in a large, complex multinational organisation or a top-tier consultancy is highly desirable.
* Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders with confidence and credibility.
* Strong commercial acumen, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
* Experience managing benefit programs and leading high-performing teams.
