We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Public Sector team and support clients across the Public & Semi State Sector. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced recruiters looking to step into a Talent Acquisition role where they will lead and support clients throughout the full recruitment process, with a focus on the interview stage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage public sector competitions in line with CPSA Code of Practice.
* Collaborate with internal Cpl teams and client's teams to define hiring needs and timelines.
* Partner with IT & Marketing team to build and improve recruitment processes.
* Ensure positive candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
* Attend regular client meetings, providing progress updates.
* Develop go-to-market narrative to attract talent.
* Screen and assess candidates to meet client requirements.
* Conduct interviews and provide guidance to interview boards.
* Manage end-to-end competition, including advertisement, shortlisting, interview, and offer management stages.
* Provide expert advice on recruitment best practices.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
* Understanding of CPSA recruitment guidelines.
* Experience conducting competency interviews.
* Proven track record of hiring candidates across multiple disciplines.
* Passionate about the talent industry and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with people.
* Ability to demonstrate administrative skills and attention to detail.

We offer a competitive salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
