Junior Sales Executive Job Purpose
The Junior Sales Executive will be a crucial member of the sales team at our Belgard location, learning from the most experienced sales managers and executives during a 12-month training program. This role will be busy, fast-paced, and require a self-starter who is motivated and enthusiastic.
Reporting to the Dealership Manager situated in our Belgard location.
About the role:
The Junior Sales Executive position is an integral role within the team, delivering front line, best-in-class service and support to Windsor Motor customers and employees.
Responsibilities:
1. Continuously improve and learn through our 12-month training program & feedback from other sales executives and managers.
2. Present, promote, and sell products with the aid of sales executives and managers.
3. Co-ordinate sales within the sales function.

Knowledge and skills:
You are a highly motivated and passionate individual striving to provide an exceptional service to both our customers and colleagues.
Skills needed:
1. Customer & quality focused with previous experience in a customer service or retail environment.
2. Ability to follow thorough and detailed processes.
3. Previous experience using CRM and Databases desired but not essential.
4. Must have the ability to work on own initiative.
5. A strong work ethic with the willingness to learn.
6. Ability to build & maintain relationships.
7. A full clean driving licence or provision with an upcoming test.
8. Strong team player.
Additional Information:
The hours of attendance are based on a 39-hour week. The days of work vary depending on the time of year; hours are set between 8am and 6pm. Weekend work may be required.
Once you have completed our 12-month training program, you will move to our basic salary, bonus & commission structure.
