Requirements
* Fluency in Mandarin (language skills)
* Bachelor's degree or experience in Technical Customer Service
* Knowledge of OS Administration (Linux/Windows), Network Essentials (TCP/IP), Internet Fundamentals
* Experience with Networking and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls, LAN/WAN)
* Cloud computing experience (AWS, Azure, OpenStack)
* System Administration and Network troubleshooting tools experience
